let B gets ₹x

A gets money = twice of B + ₹20

= 2x + 20

total money = ₹140

A's money + B's money = ₹140

(2x + 20) + (x) = 140

3x = 140 - 20

3x = 120 => x = ₹40

A's money = 2x + 20

= 2(40) + 20 = ₹100

B's money = x = ₹40

Answer: A = ₹100 , B = ₹40
