let one part be =x
let other part be =15-x
A/Q
1/x + 1/15-x=3/10

15-x +x
__________=3/10
x(15-x)
15/15x-x²=3/10
15×10/3=15x-x²
5×10=15x-x²
50=15x-x²
x²-15x+50=0
x²-10x-5x+50=0
x(x-10)-5(x-10)=0
(x-10)(x-5)=0
let x-10=0 and x-5=0
x=10. and x=5
therefore one part is 10 and other is 5
