Answer :

We can write this question in this way -:

 \frac{15(y + 3)( {y}^{2} - 16) }{ 5( {y}^{2} - 16) }

Now, we can cut (y² - 16) because it is common in both numerator and denominator.

 =  \frac{15(y + 3)}{5}

Now, we can see that 15 is divisible by 5, so

 = 3(y + 3)

Now, through multiply we get our answer.

 = 3y +9
