let a have = x rupees
=> B = x + 100
=> C = x + 100 + 200 = x + 300
=> x + x + 100 + x + 300 = 1600
=> 3x + 400 = 1600
=> 3x = 1600 - 400 = 1200
=> x = 1200/3 = 400
A = 400
B = 500
C = 700
=> B = x + 100
=> C = x + 100 + 200 = x + 300
=> x + x + 100 + x + 300 = 1600
=> 3x + 400 = 1600
=> 3x = 1600 - 400 = 1200
=> x = 1200/3 = 400
A = 400
B = 500
C = 700
