Step-by-step explanation:

Let one part be x. The other part will be 252-x

1/3 of x is greater than 1/7(252-x) by 60

So x/3 = (252-x)/7 +60

x/3 = (252-x+420)/7

7x = 3(-x+672)

10x = 2016

x = 201.6

The other part is 252 - 201.6 = 50.4
