divide 34 into two parts in such a way that 4/7 of one part is equal to 2 / 5 of the other part

a/c to question ,

4/7 (x ) = (34 - x )(2/5)

4x/7 + 2x/5 = 34 x 2/5 = 68/5

34x/35 = 68/5

x = 14
