So the second part will be 3600-x.
Sum of interest on both part will be 333 when the rate of interest is 9% and 10% respectively. (given)
S.I.=(P*R*T)/100.
[(x*9*1)/100] +[((3600-x)*10*1)/100]= 333.
(9x/100) + (36000-10x)/100 = 333.
Taking lcm
(9x +36000 -10x)/100 =333.
3600-x=333*100.
x= 36000-33300
Therefore x= 2700.
Second part will be 3600-x= 3600-2700=900.
First part is 2700 second part is 900.
