 \text{First do it in stardard form :-}

 \sf= 3x(5x²+ 10x³ + 5) - (x²- 4 - 2x)

 \sf \: = 15x³+30x⁴+15x-x²+4+2x

 \sf \: = 15x³+30x⁴+15x+2x -x²+4

 \green{ \sf \: = 15x³+30x⁴+17x-x²+4}

Standard form = 30x⁴+15x³-x²+17x+4

30x⁴+15x³-x²+17x+4 by (5x-3)

use long division method and solve :-
