Solve x:

0.05x = 450 - 0.1x

0.15x = 450

x = 3000

Find the two parts:

One part of the number = x

One part of the number = 3000

The other part of the number = 4500 - x

The other part of the number = 4500 - 3000

The other part of the number = 1500

Check:
