g(x) = 2 - 3x=0

=>X=2/3

now the remainder is.

f(2/3)=4(2/3)³ + 6(2/3)² - 2(2/3)/3 + 5/6

=(32/27)+(24/9)-(4/9)+(5/6)

=(229/54)
