f{x} = 5{x}^{2} - 13x - 4 {x}^{3} + 3 \\ = - 4 {x}^{3} + 5 {x}^{2} - 13x + 3 \\ \\ g{x} = 1 - 4x \\ = - 4x + 1 \\ \\ \\ (- 4 {x}^{3} + 5 {x}^{2} - 13x + 3) \div ( - 4x + 1) \\ = {x}^{2} - x + 3
