=(4y)³-(10)³
We know that a³-b³=(a-b)(a²+b²+ab)
=(4y-10)(16y²+100+40y)
=2(4y-10)(8y²+50+20y)
=(8y-20)(8y²+50+20y)
When we divide this by 8y-20, we get 8y²+50+20y
