Hii friend,

Dividend = 6528

And,

Divisor = 29

On dividing 6528 by 29

We get ,

Remainder = 3 and Quotient = 225

Then , By Euclid's division Algorithm.

Dividend = Divisor × Quotient + Remainder

Dividend = 29 × 225 + 3

Dividend = 6525 + 3 => 6528 ..

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU.... :-)

Given:

Divide 6528 by 29

To find:

Prove the result obtained by dividing 6528 by 29 using the division algorithm.

Answer:

Dividend is, =6528 and

Divisor is, =29

By dividing 6528 with 29

We will get remainder is 3 and quotient is 225

According to division algorithm

We get,

Dividend = Divisor\times Quotient + Remainder

= 29 \times 225 + 3

= 6525 + 3

Dividend= 6528

Division algorithms have two main categories:

Slow division and fast division. Slow division algorithms produce "one digit" of the "final quotient" per iteration. Fast division methods start with a "close approximation" to the "final quotient" and produce twice as many digits of the "final quotient" on each iteration.
