one method is write (2x^2-x-6). (2x^2-x-6) two times. Then multiply the first bracket by 3x to equate the coefficient of x^3 =6. then multiply the second bracket by -5 which will equate all coefficients in this case leaving no remainder. Hence answer is (3x-5)
