 \frac{ {6x}^{2}  - 3x}{3x}

[NOTE : We cannot reduce the terms if there's a addition or Subtraction sign inbetween. Let us take an example to understand why.

 \frac{5 + 2}{5}  =  \frac{7}{5}

hence here we cannot cancel the 5 or the answer would be 2]

 \frac{ {6x}^{2}  - 3x}{3x}

 =  \frac{3x(2x - 1)}{3x}

here 3x can get cancelled as it's multiplication

Answer : 2x - 1

Hope it helps

have a great day
