 \frac{( - 6 {x}^{3}  + 4 {x}^{2} )}{2 {x}^{2} }  \\  =  \frac{ - 6 {x}^{3} }{2 {x}^{2} }  +  \frac{4 {x}^{2} }{2 {x}^{2} }  \\  =  - 3x + 2
