Answer :- 8:7 = 4000:3500

Step by step explanation :- converting 7km to m = 7000m

7000m +500m = 7500

8x + 7x = 7500

15x = 7500

x= 7500/15

x =500

8x = 8 x 500

=4000

7x = 7 x 500

= 3500

Answer is 4000 : 3500
