Step-by-step explanation:

Given :-

The rational numbers are -4/9 and -5/3

-3/7 and 7/9

To find :-

Divide the sum of -4/9 and -5/3 by the product of -3/7 and 7/9

Solution :-

The sum of -4/9 and -5/3

=> (-4/9)+(-5/3)

LCM of 9 and 3 = 9

=>[(-4×1)+(-5×3)]/9

=> [(-4)+(-15)]/9

=> (-4-15)/9

=> -19/9

and

The product of -3/7 and 7/9

=> (-3/7)×(7/9)

=> (-3×7)/(7×9)

=> -21/63

=> -1/3

now

On dividing the sum of -4/9 and -5/3 by the product of -3/7 and 7/9

=> (-19/9)÷(-1/3)

=> (-19/9)×(-3/1)

=> (-19/9)×(-3)

=> (-19×-3)/9

=> (-19×-1)/3

=> 19/3

Answer:-

The answer for the given problem is 19/3
