4(x+3)+6

4x+12+6

4x+18

Might be a bit tricky at first, but here u go....

4(x+3)² + 6(x+3)

x+3

= 2(x+3) + 6(x+3)

x+3

= 2(x+3) + 6

= 4x +12 + 6

Answer = 4x + 18
