Given: p(5p^2-80)/5p(p+4)

In numerator we take 5 outside commonly

5p(p^2-16)/5p(p+4)

Now we cancelled 5p in both numerator and denominator

(p^2-16)we can written as (p^2-4^2), we expand the and get (p+4)(p-4)

[(p+4)(p-4)]/(p+4)

Now we cancelled the (p+4) in both numerator and denominator.

The answer is (p-4).
