Divide p(x) by g(x) where p(x)=x+3x^2-1 &g(x) = 1+x

this is reminder theorem
g(x) = 1+x=0
x= -1
p(-1) = -1 + 3*(-1)^2 - 1
=-1 +3-1
=-1+2
=1
