I can solve it if p(x) = 2x+3x^2-1!
(3x^2+2x-1)/(x+1)
= (3x-1)(x+1)/(x+1)
= (3x-1)
(3x^2+2x-1)/(x+1)
= (3x-1)(x+1)/(x+1)
= (3x-1)
