1st part is 14/9
second is
$\frac{2}{7} \times \ \frac{14}{9} = \frac{4}{9}$
let's check our answer
$\frac{14}{9} + \frac{4}{9} \\ = \frac{14 + 4}{9} \\ = \frac{18}{9} \\ = 2$
hence prove.
so one part is 14/9,other is 4/9
