Divide root 4 into two parts such that one parts is 2/7 of the others

let one part is x
other will be
 \frac{2x}{7}  \\ x +  \frac{2x}{7}  =  \sqrt{4}  \\  \frac{7x + 2x}{7}  = 2 \\ 9x = 14 \\ x =  \frac{14}{9}  \\
1st part is 14/9
second is
 \frac{2}{7}  \times  \ \frac{14}{9}   =  \frac{4}{9}  \\
let's check our answer
 \frac{14}{9}  +  \frac{4}{9}  \\  =  \frac{14 + 4}{9}  \\  =  \frac{18}{9}  \\  = 2
hence prove.
so one part is 14/9,other is 4/9
