let
x
John's share
and let
y
babita's share
:.
ahmeds \: share \:  = 3x = 5y
3x = 5y
y =  \frac{3x}{5}
x + y + 3x = 1380
x +  \frac{3x}{5}  + 3x = 1380
 \frac{23x}{5}  = 1380
x =  \frac{1380 \times 5}{23}
x = 300
johns \: share \:  = x = 300
since \: 3x = 5y
y =  \frac{3x}{5}
y =  \frac{3 \times 300}{5}
y = 180
babitas \: share \:  = y = 180
ahmeds \: share \:  = 3x = 3 \times 300 = 900

Answer:

Let, Ahmed's share be Rs. x

      Babita's share = Rs. x/5

      John's share = Rs. x/3

Therefore, total amount = Rs. (x + x/5 + x/3)

But, total amount to be divided = Rs. 1380

             ∴ x + x/5 + x/3 = 1380

             ⇒ (15x +3x +5x)/15 = 1380

             ⇒ 23/15x = 1380

             ⇒ 23x  = 1380 × 15

             ⇒ x = (1380 × 15)/23

             ⇒ x = 900

∴ Ahmed's share = Rs. 900

  John's share = Rs. 900/3

                         = Rs. 300

  Babita's share = Rs. 900/5

                           = Rs. 180
