Divide Rs1162 among A, B,C in the ratio 35:28:20

   let it(money) be x ,
       then it is divided in the ratio of 35;28;20
       so , ratio is x and these ratios become 35x;28x;20x
          so,
                  35x;28x;20x=1162
                          35x+28x+20x=1162
                               83x=1162
                                  x=rs14
so, A will get= 35*14= rs490
      B will get = 28*14= rs 392
      C will get = 20 * 14=rs 280..
                         so it is divided in the ratio 35;28;20

now, 83x = 1162
        x = 14
A = 35x = 35 × 14 = 490
B = 28x = 28 × 14 = 392
C = 20x = 20 × 14 = 280
