and Seema share= y
x+y=500 -equation 1
condition:x/3=y/2
from condition x=3y/2
substituting in equation 1 
we get,
3y/2+y=500
5y/2=500
y=200

Seema share=200/-
Rita share=300/-

Let the share of Seema be ₹y

Then,
x/3 = y/2
=>2x-3y = 0 ---- eq 1

x+y = 500 ---- eq 2

3x+3y = 1500
2x-3y = 0
