81x3(50x2−98)=162x3[(5x)2−(7)2]=162x3[(5x+7)(5x−7)](∵a2−b2=(a+b)(a−b))

Now, we divide 162x3(5x+7)(5x−7) by the binomial 27x2(5x+7) as shown below:
