 \frac{ \sqrt[4]{448} }{ \sqrt[4]{28} }

 it \: can \: be \: written \: as \\   = \frac{ {(448)}^{ \frac{1}{4} } }{ {(28)}^{ \frac{1}{4} } }

since \:  \frac{ {a}^{m} }{ {b}^{m} } =  {( \frac{a}{b} )}^{m} \\  \\  =  {( \frac{448}{28})}^{ \frac{1}{4} }

 =  {(16)}^{ \frac{1}{4} }

 =  \sqrt[4]{16}

 = 2
