=> Radius = Diamter/2 = 60/2 = 30 mm  

Step 1 : Take a point O

Step 2 : Using compass width = 30 mm and O as center draw a circle

Step 3 :  Take a point A on circumference of circle

Step 4 :  Join AO

Step 5 : Draw an angle of 72° at O on AO using protractor  and meet circle at B

Step 6 : Draw an angle of 72° at O on BO using protractor  and meet circle at C

Step 7 : Draw an angle of 72° at O on CO using protractor  and meet circle at D

Step 8 : Draw an angle of 72° at O on DO using protractor  and meet circle at E
