 \frac{10}{3}  -  \frac{17}{5}  \div  \frac{26}{3}  \times  \frac{2}{10}

lcm = 15

 \frac{10}{3}  \times  \frac{5}{5}  -  \frac{17}{5}  \times  \frac{3}{3}  \div  \frac{26}{3}  \times  \frac{2}{10}

 \frac{50}{15}  -  \frac{51}{15}  \div  \frac{52}{30}

 \frac{50 - 51}{15}  \div  \frac{52}{30}

 \frac{1}{15}  \div  \frac{52}{30}

 \frac{1}{15}  \times  \frac{30}{52}  \\  \frac{1}{1}  \times  \frac{2}{52}

 \frac{2}{52}  =  \frac{1}{26}
