Answer:

The difference of 12/5 and -16/20

= 12/5 - (-16/20)

= 12/5 - (-4/5) in standard form

= 12 - (-4)/5

= 12 + 4/5

= 16/5

All the rational numbers in standard form and also in same denominator. So you have not do the LCM.

The product of 12/5 and -16/20

= 12/5 × (-16/20)

= 12/5 × (-4/5)

= 12 × (-4)/5 × 5

= -48/25

so product of numerator and denominator

Now you can divide rational numbers 16/5 and -48/25

16/5 ÷ -48/25

= 16/5 × 25/-48

= 5/-3

= -5/3 in standard form.

so the answer is -5/3.
