divide the difference of -3/4 and 2/5by their sum

(-3/4-2/5) / (-3/4+2/5)

= (-15-8/20) / (-15+8/20)

= (-23/20) / (-7/20)

= -23/20×20/-7

= -23/-7

= 23/7

Here is your answer:

⇒ Sum = ( \frac{-3}{4}) + ( \frac{2}{5}) =  \frac{-15}{20} +  \frac{8}{20} =  \frac{-7}{20}

⇒ Dif =  \frac{-3}{4} -  \frac{2}{5} =  \frac{-15}{20} -  \frac{8}{20} =  \frac{-23}{20}

Then,

Difference ÷ Sum = \frac{-23}{20} \div \frac{-7}{20} =  \frac{-23}{20} \times \frac{-20}{7} =  \frac{23}{7}
