In the figure,

Step-1 Draw a line segment AB=7.5 cm

According to the question-

2x+3x=7.5 cm

x=1.5

Step-2 Mark 5 arcs of equal length of 1.5 cm

Hence,

AC=2×1.5⇒3.0 cm

BC=3×1.5⇒4.5 cm.

Hence, this is the answer.
