It can be done in two ways ,by dividing theorem & by factorising theorem but acording to the question we have to divide...

so ,let p(x)=3x^4-x²-x-4. &

q(x)=x-1

  • p(x)=[x-1][g(x])+r

(x-1)(3x³+3x²-2x-3)-7

p(x)=(3x^4+3x³+2x²-3x-3x³-3x²+2x+3-7)
