Hi friend!!

Given two numbers are -5/4 and -1/3

Their sum is

 =  \frac{ - 5}{4}  + ( \frac{ - 1}{3})

 =  \frac{ - 5}{4}  -  \frac{1}{3}

=(-15-4)/12

=-19/12

Their difference is

 \frac{ - 5}{4}  - ( \frac{ - 1}{3} )

 =  \frac{ - 5}{4}  +  \frac{1}{3}

=(-15+4)/12

=-11/12

Ratio of their sum to their difference is 19/11

I hope this will help you ;)
