⛤HERE IS YOUR ANSWER⛤

Thr sum (s) of the given numbers is
 =  -  \frac{1}{12}  -  \frac{4}{9}  \\  =  -  \frac{19}{36}

The difference (d) between the given numbers is
 =  -  \frac{1}{12}  - (  - \frac{4}{9}) \\  =  -  \frac{1}{12}   +  \frac{4}{9}  \\  =  \frac{13}{36}

Hence the required answer is
 =  \frac{s}{d} \\  =  \frac{  - \frac{19}{36} }{ \frac{13}{36} }  \\  =  -  \frac{19}{13}  \\  =  - 1 \frac{6}{13}

➡ You can also take the difference by altering the numbers, which will give you the difference as (-13/36).

In that case, the answer will be (19/13).
