follow my steps

first case its sum...

1/2 + -3/4 (take LCM of denominator)

2+(-3)/4

-1/4

  1. sum of no. are -1/4

second case is to multiply ...

1/2 × -3/4

-3/8

  1. product of no. are -3/8

so...

there division is as follow.

(-1/4) / (-3/8)

I.e. = 2/3 is the correct answer
