=22/15
difference of 13/15 and 3/5
=4/15
division=22/15÷4/15
=11/2

LCM of 15 and 5=15
so,
 \frac{13}{15}  =  \frac{13 \times 1}{15 \times 1}  =  \frac{13}{15}
and,
 \frac{3}{5}  =  \frac{3 \times 3}{5 \times 3}  =  \frac{9}{15}

now sum,
 \frac{13 + 9}{15}  =  \frac{22}{15}
so, difference
 \frac{13 - 9}{15}  =  \frac{4}{15}
now the quotient,
step \: 1 \frac{22}{15}  \div  \frac{4}{15}
step2 \:  \frac{22}{15}  \times  \frac{15}{4}


ans=
 \frac{11}{2}
ans=11/2
