Step-by-step explanation:

Given :-

-13/5 and 12/7

-31/7 and -1/2

To find:-

Divide the sum of  -13/5 and 12/7 by the product of -31/7 and -1/2

Solution:-

Given that

Sum of -13/5 and 12/7

=>(-13/5)+(12/7)

LCM of 5 and 7 = 35

=>[ (-13×7)+(12×5)]/35

=>(-91+60)/35

=>-31/35

Sum of -13/5 and 12/7 = -31/35

And

The product of -31/7 and -1/2

=>(-31/7)×(-1/2)

=>(-31×-1)/(7×2)

=>31/14

The product of -31/7 and -1/2 = 31/14

Now ,

On dividing the sum of  -13/5 and 12/7 by the product of -31/7 and -1/2

=>( -31/35)÷(31/14)

=> (-31/35) / (31/14)

=>(-31/35)×(14/31)

=>(-31×14)/(35×31)

On cancelling 31

=> 14/35

=>(2×7)/(5×7)

On cancelling 7

=>2/5

Answer:-

The value of the given problem is 2/5
