Sum of 13/5 and 12/7:

13/5 + 12/7 = 91/35 + 60/35 = 151/33

.

Product of -31/7 and 1/-2:

-31/7 x 1/-2 = (-31 x 1) /(7 x -2) = 31/14

.

Divide:

151/33 ÷ 31/14 = 151/35 x 14/31 = 302/155

.

Answer: 302/155
