= { 13/7 - 12/7 } ÷ { -31 × 1 / 7 × -2 }
= { 1/7 } ÷ {-31 / -14}
= { 1/7 } × {-14 / -31}
negative symbol gets cancelled
= { 1/7 } × {14 / 31}
= 1 × 14 / 7 × 31
= 14 / 217
= 2 / 31
