=-14*1/5=-14/5
13÷7
=13*1/7=13/7
the sum of these numbers
-14/5+13/7
=-14*7/5*7+13*5/7*5
=-98/35+65/35
=-33/35

-33÷7=-33*1/7=-33/7
-1÷3=-1*1/3=-1/3
product of these numbers
-33/7*-1/3
=33/21

dividing -33/35 and 33/21
-33/35÷33/21
=-33/35*21/33
=-21/35
