[16/7 + (-3)/14] ÷ [16/7 -(-3)/14]

= [16×2/7×2+ (-3)/14] ÷ [16×2/7×2 -(-3)/14]

= 32/14 - 3/14 ÷ 32/14 + 3/14

= 29/14 ÷ 35/14 (reciprocal)

= 29/14 × 14/35

= 29/35
