divide the sum of 2/4 and3/15 by the product of 14/17 and 7/34

 \frac{2}{4}  +  \frac{3}{15}  \\  =  \frac{30}{16}  +  \frac{12}{60}  \\  =  \frac{42}{60}  \\  =  \frac{21}{30}
this is sum

 \frac{14}{17}  \times  \frac{7}{34}  \\  =  \frac{98}{578}
this is product


now we divide
 \frac{ \frac{21}{30} }{ \frac{98}{578} }  \\  =  \frac{21 \times 578}{98 \times 30}  \\  = 4.128
