\huge{\bold{\underline{Solution:}}}

At first we will add :

 \frac{2}{7}  +  \frac{3}{11}  \\  \\  \frac{22 + 21}{77}  \\  \\  \frac{43}{77}

Now, we will find product :

 \frac{1}{7}  \times  \frac{ - 43}{2}  \\  \\  \frac{ - 43}{14}

Finally, divide the addition by product ;

 \frac{43}{77}  \div  \frac{ - 43}{14}  \\  \\  \frac{ \cancel{43}}{ \cancel{77}  \:  \: {}^{11} } \times  \frac{ -  \cancel{14}  \:  \:{}^{2} }{ \cancel{43}} \\  \\  \bold{ \therefore{ \frac{ - 2}{11} }}

Thanks for the question!
