Answer:

 \frac{3}{8}  +  \frac{ - 5}{12}  \\  \\  =  \geqslant  \frac{3 + ( - 10)}{24}  \\  \\  =  \geqslant  \frac{3 - 10}{24}  \\  \\  =  \geqslant  \frac{ - 7}{24}

and it has to being divide by Reciprocal of

 \frac{ - 15}{8}  \times  \frac{16}{27}  \\  \\  =  \geqslant  \frac{ - 15}{1}  \times  \frac{2}{27}  \\  \\  =  \geqslant  \frac{ - 5}{1}  \times  \frac{2}{9}  \\  \\  =  \geqslant  \frac{ - 10}{9}

and reciprocal of

 \frac{ - 10}{9}  \: is \:  \frac{ - 9}{10}

Now

 \frac{ - 7}{24}  \div  \frac{ - 9}{10}  \\  \\  =  \geqslant  \frac{ - 7}{24}  \times  \frac{ - 10}{9}  \\  \\  =  \geqslant  \frac{35}{108}
