Sum of  \frac{-8}{7} and \frac{5}{14} is:
\frac{-8}{7} + \frac{5}{14}= \frac{-8 \times 2+5}{14}= \frac{-16+5}{14}= \frac{-11}{14}

Product of  \frac{-8}{7} and \frac{5}{14} is:
\frac{-8}{7} \times \frac{5}{14}= \frac{-8 \times 5 }{7 \times14}= \frac{-4 \times 5}{7 \times 7}= \frac{-20}{49}

Division of sum and product:
 \frac{-11}{14}\ \div \  \frac{-20}{49}=   \frac{-11}{14} \times  \frac{49}{-20}=   \frac{77}{40}

So answer is  \frac{77}{40}
