Given values are :-

-9/3 & -8/3

{\sf{Their\: sum\: =\: -{\dfrac{9}{3}}\: +\: -{\dfrac{8}{3}}}}

{\sf{=\: {\dfrac{-9\: +\: -8}{3}}}}

{\sf{=\: {\dfrac{-17}{3}}}}

{\sf{Their\: product\: =\: -{\dfrac{9}{3}}\: \times\: -{\dfrac{8}{3}}}}

{\sf{=\: {\dfrac{-9\: \times\: -8}{3}}}}

{\sf{=\: {\dfrac{72}{3}}}}

Now,

Dividing their sum and product

{\sf{ {\dfrac{-17}{3}}\: \div\:{\dfrac{72}{3}} }}

{\sf{=\: {\dfrac{-17}{3}}\: \times\: {\dfrac{3}{72}}}}

= -0.23
