Solution:

Firstly,

$\frac{ - 9}{7} + \frac{7}{3}$

$\frac{22}{21}$

Now,

$\frac{3}{5} - \frac{2}{7}$

$\frac{11}{35}$

Finally,

$\frac{22}{21} \div \frac{11}{35}$

$\frac{22}{21} \times \frac{35}{11}$

$\frac{10}{3}$

= -27 + 49 / 21

Difference of 3/5 and 2/7 = 3/5 - 2/7

= 21-10 / 35
