first add 65/9 + -11/-3.you will get some answer.Let us suppose the answer is x.
similarly multiply 7/6 and 5/-3.You will get another answer. Let the answer is y.
Now divide x/y.

We have to divide the sum of  \frac{65}{9} and  \frac{-11}{-3} by the product of  \frac{7}{6} and  \frac{5}{-3}
Oh!  \frac{-11}{-3} is the same as  \frac{11}{3}
First, let's find the sum of  \frac{65}{9} and  \frac{11}{3}
 \frac{65}{9} +  \frac{11}{3}
=  \frac{65+33}{9}
= \frac{98}{9}

Now, let's find the product of  \frac{7}{6} and  \frac{5}{-3}
I am using '*' for showing multiplication.
 \frac{7}{6} *  \frac{5}{-3}
=  \frac{35}{-27} or  \frac{-35}{27}

Now, we are going to divide our results.
 \frac{ \frac{98}{9} }{ \frac{-35}{27} }
=  \frac{98}{9} *  \frac{27}{-35}
= - \frac{42}{5}

- \frac{42}{5} is answer.
